rare, yes. but for a good reason.
they were real turds.
I had one back then, drove across country in it.

ony has one restored. Nice to see. Even to drive around the block. But the model was not a daily driver in US late 60s terms. A renault R5 was better.<G>

You should have seen the brave guy taking his around the racetrack here yesterday - and he regularly competes it in motorkhanas (autocross).
