No, Jim, "not on a whim". There are a couple of issues I'm dealing with:
I have a promissory note due the first of the year; I have a job offer in Tampa also in January. ergo a move from middle Tn - not cheap; additionally, with my Mom passing Jan 2008, there is $00,000 sitting in eskrow that I can't touch - we are fighting TennCare/MediCare for the funds and we have a very good case. I am a little surprised that the only reply to my ad I've received is someone wanting me to fill out an online insurance form - my reply was "not going there, if you you want to talk MG's, ok". We will see what develops.
