'64 top frame installation??

Guys, I have no idea how this came apart...but I'm thinking I've got it wrong. On the top frame, I'm assuming that it screws or bolts in where I have these chrome holders for the tonneau bar...do the chrome holders go on on top? or did I order more parts than I needed. The car has the two piece tonneau support bar.
Somone elses photo would be worth a thousand words.
