Considering the cost of rehabbing a B these days, I have to say that form what the seller says and from what I see in the photos it is a sure fire steal.

I'm surprised it hasn't moved yet. It's been posted for a couple weeks now and the price has been reduced at least once.

It's actually been for sale since mid summer but I think the CL post is relatively new. Car has been owned by at least two people in W. Michigan Olde Speckled Hens Club.
