One of my fathers many cars.
Just wondered if anyone would be interested in seeing the "almost" completed project.
'68 Formula S - 340 with an Automatic - 3.91 rear end.
He had body colored steel wheels with nickels, but wanted to see what the Rally's looked like on there.

Yeah that's nice. I had its twin in a 67 Formula S in Sherwood? Green. 383 4 speed, manual steering and brakes. Body colour wheels with pie plates. Fast car in a straight line once it hooked up. Didn't stop quite so well though.
Yours is gorgeous. My neighbour's daughter got a 68 Formula S 340 automatic convertible for HS graduation. Same colours as yours with dark green convertible top and rallye wheels. I wonder where that one ever ended up?
very nice Taylor. I watched a similar one in baby blue rot away 20 years ago. the owner wouldn't sell it. It still ticks me off to this day
I love the car.
When I was 15 I almost bought one with a 340 and 4 speed but decided not to...
Only needed paint and interior... body work was done engine rebuilt by a napa machine shop. Everything but paint and interior
Stupid!
Nice car, there is one of these pulled into a building with stuff piled on top that can be seen from the road in Floyd Va.
