And I've found a local '68 B for sale that could work out.
I'm going to go check it out on Saturday so nobody snag it up before then!
I really do miss driving the GT everyday... the sounds, smells, fun, and frustration. :)

Thats a damned good looking little car, if the ad is to be believed. And at 2800 its a steal!
the car in the ad is not a 69...looks like a 70 or later with the side markers and not reflectors
Scott, '68 and '69 (possibly '70?) had pillow dashes and banjo wheels.
'68 however had no sidemarkers and '69 had them in a different location
than the subject car.
Still could be a real good deal though.
Heeeees back!
They always come back, wimpering for a LBC. :)
Looks like a nice ride.
it's not a 70, they came with a different steering wheel, plus in one picture you can just barely see the licence plate above the bumper. 70 was split with the plate in between
Looks like a great car for that price though
Hey Rusty,
Looks rust free from the pics. Sounds like the guy is ready to deal. Go for it!

"
69 had side reflectors not marker lights
this car has 68-69 seats it looks like
no doubt its been screwed with, possibly adding the markers for some reason
Early taillights and overriders with late model luggage rack stated as original. What is the gage beside the radio console?
its a '68 (front fenders) with side markers and later seats
Obviously seats, steering wheels, side markers etc. make for nice conversation, but.... rust be thine enemy. Surely a guy named Rusty knows this :), if it's close to rust free (for real) then it looks like a steal.
Well it sure is SOMEWHERE between '68-69. The seat pattern looks to be from a '73 or 74 but could just as easily be done by a shop. The interior looks like it might need some sorting out. The gauges and radio console don't look to be in tip-top since the speedo is stuck a approx. 44 mph :P
I'll be sure to report back with all the details.
Andrew, I had to sell GT mostly because of school since it is a tough drive but I just miss driving an MG so much I don't care anymore.
Hey, Rusty
Your old AC keep my GT cool all last summer.. Thanks
Sorry Chris, I cant afford the price you have on that blue B you got there.
Gary, I'm glad someone had the extra time to put everything together a get it going! :)
