ANNOUNCEMENT ONLY
I thought I might post a photo of the latest fits all exhaust manifold. They are available to fit all FWD or RWD 60V6 except the very newest 3900. They are very good for low end torque and are the same for both sides of the engine. They can be port matched very easily. We made some flow improvements and attached a flange for simpler attachment of the exhaust pipe. They come with lower flanges and gaskets. It is now possible to coat the headers ahead of time and have them ready for your installation. No longer do you have to ruin some of the ceramic coating in order to attach the exhaust pipe. Also the O2 bung can be welded into the exhaust pipe as more of a convenience. Those of you that have been waiting for your headers will see results soon. I hope I have not offended anyone on this forum by making this announcement.
Regards,
Dann BCC

This looks to be a wonderful high quality offering which is a solid advance in opportunities for people doing the V6 conversion. I looked on the website and didnt notice a price or delivery date... I'm getting ready to start another one...soon...
Paul, yes it will fit all those engines. When they are ordered we ask about engine application and use the appropriate port flanges to suit.
David, it's good to hear from you again. Big doin's since we last spoke. "Little Dan" is doing real well. He lives in the other side of the double that we own. We, meaning I got married since I last talked to you. I hope you and your family are well.
Thanks Scot, for the boost. I haven't forgotten you. Still up to my butt in alligators. My son is helping me out in the evenings. I will probably hire on some help. I was impressed enough with your impressions of the Mega Squirt that I bought 2 as a start. I plumb forgot to call you back and I apologize for that. I am hoping to find a handicap person, wheelchair bound, that has electronic experience to assemble the units as we go. I try to give the handicap persons a lot of consideration since I am partially handicapped myself.
Thanks to all,
Dann BCC
I am just finishing installing a 'crossbreed' intake system on my 'stock' RBB. It consists of an old style aluminum intake (originally used for 1.5 su's) onto which I have bolted 2 of the 1 3/4 " Zenith stromberg carbs. These were residing on a junk pile, which is where these carbs belong. I've converted these carbs into TBI's by installing holders in the carbs so they hold port-style injectors aimed directly at the back of the throttle plates of the carbs. I'm using a Megasquirt for the efi controller. I hope tomorrow or the next day will be light-up day. Will keep you posted.
