.445" to be exact. Gotta love those digital calipers. Now I'd better check the intake....
When I saw the size of that muffler, I'm thinking I'm going to be cutting a new hole in the trunk floor. Good pics with the detailed instructions show it all fitting in there. The kit includes new mounting brackets that replace the original ones. New ones are more modern including rubber hangers.
