under the hood (bonnet?) below the fuse box. The harness that comes from the transmission with three wires in it. 1 for O/D and 2 for reverse lights.

I understand both terms, hood and bonnet. over here in the land oz one needs to as we use some UK and US descriptors with no logic as to why which one was applied and when.
I can speak and understand at least three languages- British, American and Strine.

The OD wire from the harness under the motor covering thing is Yellow.
