Just curious if any of the Ontario contingent will be in Ancaster this Sunday? Ancaster host a great parts meet and ussually denotes the time of year when we put the sled dogs in the garage and push out the brit tin for another season.
I will be there looking for bugeye parts.

Yes I'll be there!...probably around the entrance gate promoting the Canadian British Classic Charity Run. Check out our web site www.cbccr.org
September 21-23 ..700mile run in southwest/south central Ont to raise funds this year for Canadian Diabetes Association - specifically for benefit of children's camps.
If you can't join us on the run, drop off some loose change for a good cause.
This is our second annual event open to all marques of British classic cars - come along with us and make this a regular date on your calendar-the weekend after Bronte each year.
Thank you to this forum for the opportunity to plug the event...I'll be driving my 76MGB with its 'new' rebuilt 70 engine.
looks as if it will be 'top down' weather!!

See ya there Pete.
A few of the members are talking about meeting at the side entrance door by the kitchen at noon and then some are going over to Rogers for his BBQ later. Check out the other post on this from last week
I'll be there too. The B is cleaned up and ready to roll.
Ken, you'll have to add a few dates to your calendar mate! While never missing Ancaster or Bronte, my favorite GTA event is VARAC vintage racing at Mosport. As good as my MG looks parked on the grass with all the others, MG's look better on the track. And then there's Pittsburgh Vintage Grand Prix and the Zippo US Vintage Grand Prix at Watkins Glen within easy driving distances...
Sweet some more Lackies to see. We have a convoy leaving Camabridge @ 7;45 -8am
should all be there @ 9am as long as we dont have any acts of god or the demon Lucas peek its ugly smokey head out.
If you want to joing in out possie PM me!
There seem to be quite a few of you planning to come to my home after for a B-B-Q and beer, all welcome. Mapquest "46 Jerseyville Rd EAST Ancaster ON L9G 1K1" we'll fit everyone in somehow.
Roger
I'll be there - no MG, but always looking for parts and soggy hot dogs.
Key dates in my MG year:
Ancaster
Carlisle Kit and Import Meet
Mosport Vintage Races
Watkin's Glen Vintage Grand Prix
Bronte British Car Day.
Snow and five/six months of malaise.
Could somebody provide simple directions to the Ancaster show at Marritt Hall? Will be coming in from the 401 near London onto the 403. I would like to avoid taking the scenic tours which I had in previous years trying to find it. thanks, Dave
No problem Dave. Take the 401 towards Woodstock and then get on the 403 towards Hamilton. A few miles past the Copetown and Ancaster cutoffs you will see a new exit which is Hwy 6 South towards Hagersville and Simcoe. As you get onto the turn off you will go to the first stoplight (less than a mile) Turn left and come across to the first road on your Left Southcote Rd (small older public school on your right hand side) maybe a mile as well. Left on Southcote for about 3/4 mile to the stoplight. Turn right onto Garner Rd and Marritt Hall is just on the left about 500 feet down. Hopefully see you there. I will be wearing my grey MGB Experience T-Shirt(its an XL so shouldn't be too hard to spot in the crowd  )
Thanks so much, looking forward to seeing you all there tomarro.
dave
I will be there as well, wearing my Grey MGExperience shirt. Don't confuse me with Don though, I will be the one with the smaller wallet. :)
See ya'll bright and early.
