Does anyone keep in touch w/ Adam Housley? He was one of the younger members here a few years ago and did a V6 conversion on a RB roadster. Often wondered how he's doing.

I haven't heard anything out of Adam since you have Paul. The only guy I know who might know something about Adam is Tony Barnhill <tony@theautoist.com> He knew Adam better than any of us as they lived close enough to each other that Adam used to visit Tony every now and then. Tony at Gurley near Huntsville and Adam just down the road at Decatur.

Thanks John - I poked around on the web a bit. Looks like he's a photographer and graphic designer near Huntsville. Wonder if he still has his B.

No, but here are a couple of shots of his car in 2004. He and his dad drove up here for our car show that year. I think David Kiehna may have kept in touch with him for a while....but David's been MIA on this forum for quite a while as well...

it does look like a really nice car...though the exhaust system looks really low.

Adam was 16 when he started that project and had so many problems that some of us thought he could never get that car going; he proved us doubters wrong.

He had just finished the car when those photos were taken. The exhaust was one thing he planned to change. His speedo wasn't hooked up either, so he had an RPM/MPH conversion chart taped to the steering wheel. :)

He did a nice job on the conversion...fabricated his own motor mounts....
