Anyone recognize these parts?

Hi guys, My C came disassembled. In amongst the parts were these two brackets which are left and right handed. I assumed they were part of the car and cleaned sandblasted and powdercoated them. Now I have looked through all the parts catalogs and can't figure out where they go. Heck, I don't even know if they are from this car! Do they look familiar to anyone? There is a nut welded to each at the larger end. They are 14 3/8" long and 4 1/2" tall.

I have just dismantled a GT to its shell for a GTS project and don't recognise those parts. My son is also involved and I'm pretty sure he passed everything though me before boxing them up - I also did a roadster back in the 80's and, if my memory serve me, I didn't remove anything like that! But, that was years ago so may be wrong - Any numbers on the parts? -…….you probably thought of that!
Hopefully amongst the other more learned forum fellows, you find the answer!

They sure don't look like anything I have ever seen on a C. Maybe left-overs from another project that got sent by accident....???
