Some of you may recall that I smashed up my GT back on December 2010. Although it has been in very capable hands since then, it has assumed the role of "long-term project". Note that the joined fenders (right is complete, left should be done by Wednesday) retain much of the original metal. The frame and bumpers never budged an inch... fortunately, the collision was pretty high. Also, I've opted to have the side-marker lamps permenantly extinguished.
Although the hood support and duct components are all new Brit Heritage pieces, these guys were able to work with a lot of the existing front end metal most shops would have discarded without a second thought. Once the hood is back on its hinges and the grille dry-fitted, I think we'll be nearing the finish line!
