Those look sharp Gerry. How do you make those things?

Turned them on a lathe. They're top bushings for steering columns. I figure time wise it's about an hour each, start to finish. There's 85 in that pile
I'm in the same boat as you - that's why I farm out most of my distributor shaft bushings! 100 at a time with tolerances within .0005" and all it takes is a phone call.
Yea, Jeff, have a friend with a CNC lathe but I am trying to learn how to operate it. CAD is tough for an old goat like me to learn, but I'm trying!
Gerry, just think of all the troubled idle time you saved yourself, for the good of the preservation of the British Heritage. I know, without my wisdom, where would you be! :D
Great work, now to figure on the A felt replacements!
