I am restoring a 1962 MGA MKII and and planning to paint it black and finish the interior and the convertible top in a biscuit colour. The original clour of this car was black.... I would am hoping someone can post or direct me to some exterior and interior photographs of an MGA showing this colour combination.
Thanks

Got some. A 1500, so incorrect with the covered dash, chrome dash trim and speaker surround. And no armrest. I don't know hoe the owner can live with such a car!
No pictures of a black car with biscuit top, but maybe these are close enough.
Derek,
Is that picture of the Deluxe recent..I guess what I am getting at, is it still for sale? I have been looking for one for awhile.
By the way Philip, that makes a nice color combination!

I just looked on my hard drive and the file for the MkII deLuxe was created back in November 2003. I've no idea where I downloaded the files from, but probably Ebay.
I wish ya'll would quit. I had decided to go Red/Blk interior with my black paint job and now I'm stumbling again!!!
Thanks for the photos, the feedback and the favourable comments. My choice of black w/ biscuit interior is now officially confirmed as the right choice. I also think the red interior with the black exterior will look very sharp!
Peter:
Thanks for the positive comment.. do I see part of a black MGA in your photo?
Philip,
Yes...It is a 62, black with tan interior. I was going to post a picture but Derek already posted several really good ones.
I have owned the MKII for 22 years. I bought it when I was 15 for $800. I took me driving test with it, drove it to two proms and restored it about 6 years ago. My car was originally black with red interior.
Peter
Well damn. Post some pictures anyway. The one's I posted are just some anonymous cars off the 'net. Yours has a history!
