Looks like a clean and tidy conversion.
Must be a 1974.5 GT though not a 73.
Can't be much footwell space as the 350 is well into the firewall.
Price does seem a bit high, but it was built by a famous race shop!
No heat or AC?
Perhaps 17k - 19k range tops.
FWIW.
Just because the guy paid that alot doesn't mean that he is going to recoup his money. I can't count the number of projects that I knew I had too much into them.
That's a lot of coin. There are numerous SBC street rods in that price range, so I don't see him getting that price.

That is proof that if you give somebody enuf money, they can wield a sawzall and finish off with a spraygun to make a shiny worthless trinket. Not for me. Car looks to be useless and might be a danger on the road.
They are all 'shiny worthless trinkets', but they're aren't too many worth 22 grand that are that color of yellow. . . .
Hmm and they say we bastardised our cars. I hate the yellow too. Not my choice of colors of a car. How much room was lost inside with so much of the firewall, Gone. I bets it's also a HOT Ride, inside and out on the road.
