Will anyone tell me how to disconnect Chrysler (Dodge) electrical connectors
connected to component parts?
They have a red locking tab - which I have undone by sliding sideways. But,
I believe there is something else that needs to be unlocked as I cannot get the
connectors disconnected. The connectors are plastic and I don't want to be
a D P O and break one.

I'm not familiar with the Chrysler connectors, but have fought a few on Japanese cars only to find that the locking tabs need to move the opposite direction from whay I though was intuitive. Once I moved the tab the correct direction they were a piece of cake to disconnect. You are wise to not force them!

Drop by a dealer or a competent independent shop and have the SHOW you how.

That's what I was thinking.
I checked on a Dodge forum. They said they are a "bear" to get apart.
