Anyone know what the difference in the masters is between early & 68 up? I found a new one in my parts stash that I think I remember ordering wrong. I thought it was the early one but the number on the box is for a 68 up. If that's the case then why would I have not used it on my 72?? I know there is a new one (well, new when I put it on) on the car. Externally they look the same. I'd like to know for sure so I can find it a new home.
Thanks Jim

The b hive usually has pictures on there site and might be able to help with identifying what year it is good for. Call and talk to Gordon and he will probably help. If so then return the favor on your next order.
I may know tomorrow Jim.I had an early one I ordered from VB several years ago and never used. Well yesterday the one on my 73 started bypassing internally so I looked at the one from VB and it looked the same so I put it on the 73. I'll be bleeding it tomorrow morning then I'll know if it's OK.
Just finished bleeding it, Jim and it works fine. I really don't see any difference, but they have two part numbers.
John
Thanks John, Perhaps something internally but they interchange as a unit.
