Hi
After the jammed starter the clutch pump failed. Sigh!
Anyway, I'm changing the seals. One side was worn thru with a pinhole. The wear seem to come from the reservior intake hole on the bore. Otherwise all in good shape.
Do you guys use the Castrol red rubber grease when rebuilding this? I used this on the brake MC before with no issues. Label says it specific for this purpose.

I've just used brake fluid for lube but the grease you have is good too.

Hi Robert
Not much comments on the grease so it must not be a common practice. Anyway both clutch master and slave have been done with the grease and very easy to put together and smooth operation. You guys should try it.

Andrew,
If you can use it on the Brake MC, then it should be fine for the Clutch MC. They should use the same/similar seal material, and the same fluid.
