To read this sign your would have to have driven AT LEAST 175 Kilometers already on the LEFT side of the road from the nearest airport rental car location..... so what the heck is this sign up to?
I think it is a reminder for us North American's and Europeans, who are leaving the lay-by photo stop and probably have driven into that curve into oncoming traffic.

Have you stopped at Doolin yet? Great pubs and traditional music, just north of you, I believe.
That would be lunch here Peter...nice photos, sounds like your having a great time.
Nice! You forgot to mention the nice Irish girls running down the road!! I love the scenary too, LOL.
peace, Kyle
If you have never driven the Ring of Kerry you should do so at least once. It is one of the most beautiful trips you will ever take. My only regret was that I was driving a rental and not a B. Oh and by the way it will take a lot longer than you think to complete the trip even if you resist the temptation to stop and admire the scenery.
peter in 83 I took the B to ireland and did the east coast down to Cork and then inland to Bandon and Enniskeen on the Bantry road....great drive and real friendly people. They were taken by the left hand drive of the B....
