I'm not posting this so much for the 'for sale' aspect as I am I love the use of the term rust free. Now I know how I'll advertise my next 'rust free' car!

That is a good point. I've always wondered what the definition of 'rust free' is on 90% of the ads. They show under body shots with surface rust on everything. I suspect the definition generally means, 'no perforation rust'. That doesn't sound quite as expensive.
Hmm. That is an excellent point. I agree that rust free would include surface rust.
Still.....it looks good in the photos. $2500 for a UK spec '70 GT with OD! Unless it's a lot worse than it appears in the photos that sounds like a pretty decent price for a steel dash, RHD GT! Wish it were closer, I'd go take a look....
I thought it sounded/looked not-too-bad. I'm going to have to finish painting my '67 first, before another project. I think my wife would kill me if I bought another car, anyway! Just cracks me up the 'rust-is-free' definition!
Of course another project is out of the question right now, but you ave to admit, It would be a good car to have.
Have fun
IMO, if it comes near running as advertised it sounds like a good deal. I do like the guy's style.
R.
Rust Free simply means there is no extra charge for rust, it's free!
