Let me hear ya! Cubbies headed to the desert to play the snakes, and it should be a great series. If Big Z keeps his emotions in check, and still throws his game it could be the start of something great. I know the Cubbies history and we don't want to get to the 100 year mark without a World Series ring. This post season will be a roller coaster ride for all the teams and fans.
Enjoy the moment! I am going to game 1 on Wednesday where the D-Bax are going to kick some Cubbie Hiney!
The big question is.....where is Steve Bartman these days....and can we restrain him from attending ANY Cubs games for the remainder of the season?!

Bartman had to leave the neighborhood(Northbrook, Il.) on account of all the death threats!
Last I heard he was in south Florida. His face will probably be a big seller again this year as a Halloween get-up. AzMarc, have a great time, wish I coild drive the GT out there for baseball and an adult beverage or 12! LOL.

Great game last night at CHase Field where my D BAx eeked out a win......About 35% of the fans were Cub fans so it was great watching all of the banter....KInda like on this OT BBS.
Hey, Mark, Looked like a great game to attend. I figured with HoHo Kam Park being the spring training home of the Cubbies, there would be a lot of fans there. I had a gut feeling when Lou pulled yhe Big Z, that it was the wrong move. Not hindsight, but he was in a groove and had only thrown 85 pitches. Gotta empty the barrel to win game one on the road. Lotsa b'ball left. You going tonight?

In June/July, the Cubs were at the bottom in LOB and RISP. While that changed in September, it reared its ugly head again. Maybe year 100 is the year. It will be interesting to see what changes are made this winter. This team seemed pretty unemotional compared to the Rocks/Backs. Good luck Mark.
