Something became apparent while on my shake-down drive today. There are 2 dash lights on the right side of the speedo, 1 red above and 1 blue below the red. The red stayed on and would brighten up and flash when accelerating. Does anyone know what this light is and what it's trying to tell me? I can't seem to find it in the manual. Thanks for all y'alls knowledge and expertise.
Red is your alternator/charge light, Blue is your high beams "on" indicator. The red light should come on when the ignition is on once started the light should go out and stay out the whole time the engine is running. Possibly your have an alternator problem remove it and have it bench tested.
X2 if the red one is "ON" of flashing something may be wrong in thew charging circuit.

Thanks guys. I just tightened the alt. belt, perhaps I got it too tight or bumped loose the connection. Thanks for the info. GO PATRIOTS !!!!X(
