Thanks to all of you who have PM'ed me regarding my request for dash help.
Benny68, the gentleman and scholar he is, has generously sent me a dash from a GT he had laying around, for the price of postage.
Again, many thanks to all of you who contacted me with offers, and extra thanks to Benny68, who exemplifies what makes the MG community so great.

The thoughtfulness and generosity of those on this board never ceases to amaze me..What a great forum. Really helpful and knowledgeable members. I check this site more frequently than I check my email. How lucky we are we.
I have been amazed by how generous people are on this board and how willing they are to help people get their cars running and keep them that way. Great board, I never thought I would find an auto board where people were nicer than the tractor boards, but this site has certainly proved that thought wrong.

even though I'm fairly new here, it was pretty amazing that that thread got so out of hand. I'm learning now that there are quite a few of you guys that have met many times at shows ect and know each other well enough to argue like that on a public site instead of on the phone! :|

Its spelled like Virginia, not Thomas.
If I ever met Shawnie at a show, I would treat him like I would anyone else. The online world isn't necessarily the real world.

Settle down, Virginia.
Mr. Stephens, it was just a joke. I'm used to having my last name misspelled. That is just what I say sometimes... I need to remember to put a smiley by things like that so those of you that PMS over that stuff see that I'm just kidding....
