My wife gave me a nitrile rubber hood liner with an MG logo for Valentine's Day but a week early. I installed it over the weekend. I think this liner is a LOT better than the OEM style. I used 3M high temp spray on adhesive so hopefully it will stay attached for many years. I guess I'll keep her around for another 22 years.

Very nice- I like the look! I have the hood liner kit from Moss and it came with this super duper glue that had a warning list this long. Its stayed on for the past 8 years though. Not sure about the 3M adhesive.

I have the exact liner but got it direct from web site vs. ebay and it's a little less cost direct and you can get it $10 cheaper if you don't want the decal. Very good product and does a great job.

I took my hood off to put these liners on and still managed to get some air bubbles trapped under the liner, which is what you want to avoid. I removed air bubbles per instructions by poking a small pin hole here and there. Decals I think are available in red or white.

Herb's look perfect. Nice job!

Nice present Herb you better keep her for sure!

I bought one a couple of years ago from the same chap I think, it didn't have the Logo though. Lou my wife did help me take the hood off and put it back on though....

Hey Lou,

Lou likes driving her car too. The trick is you have to get another one as hers then she helps.

The guy advertises on eBay periodically, but he also has a website:
www.928leather.com
He has hoodliners and other items for several different car makes/models.

Yeah, she's a keeper. Not only bought the hood liner but also helped me to remove and attach the hood.
