Enjoying the surf.

I have been really enjoying myself with -- earthalbum.com -- , going back and visiting places I've been to and refreshing memories of them.

I just found this little indian in Nuevo Progresso, Mexico that I photographed a few years ago and he was wearing a different colorful outfit. You seldom see an outright beggar in that little town and even what would be a beggar in other border towns, like women with small babies, are selling chicle for whatever you will pay for a pack. There are 5 chiclettes, (small white candy coated chewing gums), in a pack. The women with babies are usually a racket beggar operation and the women are often employees of the racket. I've seen wrinkled old women ages past child bearing age begging with babes in their laps in Matamorros, Reynosa, and Nuevo Lorado.
