Looks great Paul.
Did you also paint the inside same color?
Paul, it looks good. A heck of a lot better than mine does!

Thanks,
Dan, no it was fairly decent original white just needed a major clean up.
Rick, Yep mine was way way worse than that cracked paint and peeling. Think i left most of the original Epoxy on removed the black then grey primer with a layer of black epoxy under that was the fiberglass. Need to borrow my lawn chairs? you pay the shipping! lol
Paul, was that the one on craigslist couple of weeks back?
I thought about it, then realized i dont mind getting a drip or 2 of water on me during rain. SAved me $200
:)
Looks great though

Hey Deniz,
Nope not on Cs list got it for 75.00 with the mounting harware which is worth more than I paid for the top. Put a new front top seal and side window seals on.
STILL leaks though, we went to Washington this weekend it poured! Drip...Drip on the front header seal??
Brian
I used PPG Acrylic urethane primer and PPG Concept DCC9300 acrylic urethane black paint.

The one on my 1969 MGC also leaks across the header rail. I've been known to run some duct tape across the outside along top and the windscreen fram on long distance runs. Works for me.
