Hey:
Would '67 BGT fenders fit a '73 BGT? If not, what is the difference? Can I use some parts of the fender to repair the 73?

Thanks
Rob

Ummm, I can't remember the "cutoff year" between early and late fenders. It might be 1972. I have "early" fenders on my 68 GT... as far as I know they are original. Other than the addition of extra turn signal lights or reflectors on the sides, the later fenders' front turn signal lamps are (I think) closer to the middle of the car.
At any rate, they are interchangeable, they just don't look the same.

All chrome bumper fenders are interchangable. However there are differences. MK I cars had turn lamp assemblies mounted one inch farther from the grill than MK II cars. MK II cars also have holes drilled for side marker lamps.

I presume it's right to say that GT fenders won't fit a roadster?

Correct. The upper rear part of the fenders are different due to the roadster having a removable windscreen and the GT having an integrated one.
