Finally a carshow win

My wife and I were out today taking a little driving tour. We saw a local antique car show and decided to go see what they had. Well we ended up paying $7 so that we could enter the field. The show was mainly 40-50-60's Chevy and Ford. We parked on the field and spent the day talking to the other owners and basically just having fun. My wife had never been to a car show and was determined to have a boring time. Anyway, we bought some raffle tickets and she ended up winning the 50/50 for $65. Then she won a $25 gift certificate for a local grocery store, a t-shirt and a hat. Then to top off the day, my B won a trophy for the best foreign car on the field. The fact that my B was the "only" foreign car on the field took some of the wind out of my sails. But a win is a win...right? So now my wife wants to know when the next car show will be. I think she may have been hooked.

Barney, you are wise beyond your years. Buying all those extra raffle tickets just so your wife would have the winning ticket! Brilliant! Now, she'll want to go all of the time! :) Congratulations on your win, and yes, a "W" is a "W" regardless, just ask the Cubs. (poor slobs)
