The front end kit has been modified to fit both series MGB Chrome and Rubber bumper cars.
There a few more pieces for the CB.
The install is being done on a CB for test fitting, then install in my RD to test, settings etc.
Need to come out with a fit all which is a good starting point.
This is the update and hope that next time the update will say READY. Price at this time is not available, I am dependent on my fabricator. One thing for sure it will be much less than other kits.
The kit will use the stock steering rack with specially made for this kit tie rod ends to fit the spindle and the MG steering rack.
Camber,caster is also adjustable.

Sounds nice.
A couple of questions if you don't mind:
Can I use coil overs with this kit? (might be dumb question)
What kind of clearance will it provide for the oil pan on a 5.0?
How about weight compared to stock K member with stock suspension?
I attached pic of my cut K member to see if you think it will clear.
Thanks,
Chris
...and will have 4 x 4.5" MGB hubs available? 8-)
It is a coil over suspension and it is made for the Ford V8 or any other engine that requires pan clearance.
Graham, it is going to be a while before the hubs are figure out and fab for the 4 on 4.5 and 4. on 100 mm
As per our conversation in TN I will have the old style coil over suspension for sale from my RD.
You can use the existing king pins and brakes.
Bill,
I agree with Carl, 4x100 would be fantastic for the number of light weight wheels available!!!
If you can make it happen.........
It may happen. The only snag is the bolt pattern for the rotor and other little issues that I will need to work out.
And...The cost will go up but I do not think that it will be that, they will be custom made hubs. The hubs used in the kit come from Wilwood and have dual bolt pattern 5 on 4.5 and 5 on 4.75.
There are so many little details, but nothing to keep me from moving forward. It is time consuming.
I got release from the doc, my back is much better and started to do heavy work slowly.
All of the needed mods to the front suspension to be use on a CB are done. Will install in my RD next week and test.
Road Demon.?? Road Development?? Actually a good question.
The car is an 1974 MGB Roadster.
