This is the stock location for a 70 B Roger. I have since shortened the stainless line so it rest on the carb Nozzle.

Shouldn't the 1970 have the evaporative loss system, therefore have a line running from the float bowl vents to a steel line running up along the top of the firewall above the hood hinges to the charcoal canister and before that, have a steel line which connects to both float bowl vents, then tees off into a hose which connects to the steel line that goes to the charcoal canisters?

Thanks Paul, that's great. Hurst, I think your comments apply to "California" cars, I don't think they apply to Paul's nor mine.

Actually, I think Hurst is right....?

Either way, that is one nice-looking setup.

B..seein ya

Carbon cannisters started on the 70 model, but how they hooked in I'm not sure. I believe the anti-run on valve was incorporated that same year.

Hi Fellows:

Just for the record here's what Mr. Clausager has to say about it (attached).

1970

........... No change to Canadian or Federal cars. Californian cars were fitted with evaporative loss control equip .............................. and so on and on

I will have one installed, it will look good, but it will be ornamental for a while. I'll get it operational at a later date. Actually, I need an operational pump.
