I cannot get the glove box open!
I've inserted key...rotate, pull...try the other way....no joy.
Any tips?
I'm hoping to open it up and find a shiney Drivers Handbook in there..... ;-)
( oh...speaking of which...anyone have one available? )
Thanks

I'm thinking you have to push the button in, then if it doesn't pop out you could try to gently pry it open from top or sides. Since I don't have the original keys, mine will never be locked. But...mine did come with the original manual from '74!

yeah, some gentle urging from the right side at top of door should help. If it does open, you can always "massage" the round door stopper that is mounted to metal either forward of back to set it to the tolerance for your door to open & close with ease.
