I voted for him for governor last cycle. Kinky would have been a vast imporvement over our Blago Wanna Be - Rick (Show Me the money) Perry.
Kinky is a Texas Icon (in my eyes anyway).

I remember a song by "Kinky Friedman & the Texas Jewboys" back in the 70s ... something like "I wanna be a cowboy buckaroo....." I would love to hear it again
