How to replace rear License plate bulbs?

Hi, How does one replace the rear licence plate bulbs? Do you have to remove the License Plate? It is a 79b.

There is two phillips screws holding the lens. Someone correct me if I am wrong..?

that is correct....remove the two screws and take the lens off.

Probably the Posie type.. got to get to them before get a ticket. :)

Yeah, I just popped one out in the Orillys parking lot and they had them. I got a ticket in my grandpas Charger once for that... very annoying.
