Its the presidential campaign generating all that hot air in the Heartland, and a vacuum on the coasts. Sertiously, there are 12-14 candidates on each ticket, not to mention the fringe parties.

Or methane from all the manure being spread from both natural and human sources. Some of that manure...er, methane is politically inspired, I'm sure.
