Hi Russ,

I think it's a great idea renting out your MG, and certainly nice to combine MG's and income at the same time.
Maybe there are better drivers in the UK, though, or you are more trusting in your fellow drivers.
In this area there are too many people in pickups and large SUV's to worry about (for the renter or owner).

PS. I like all your other cars too. My daily driver is a Mazda3 that is very enjoyable.

The risk is as bad here though...too many TO**ers without insurance is one real concern as we have made insurance a bigger issue than buying a car..

I am really an old Ford fanatic...

I have restored/ built both those MK1 Escorts myself...

I am really looking forward to the 50th Anniversary Celebrations for the MGB...I live pretty centrally in England and all the big shows for that event are all around me...

The one sad thing is that the car is booked by other people (from USA and Australia)for those events so I will not be driving her (Molly) to those events myself...be nice to see someone else getting the enjoyment though,
