My "new" GT is now in the hands of the shippers, I can track it via GPS. It's still in San Diego! I have to wait up to TWO WEEKS for it to be delivered in St. Louis.
OK, so I want the car NOW! :D

TWO WEEKS for it to be delivered in St. Louis
And they will be long weeks too.Frustrating wait, but it will be worth it for that beauty. Teal GTs are beautiful and not that common, a friend had one and she has pined for it ever since she sold it 15 years ago.

Unfortunately it is no longer Teal, it has had an outer body spray in a slightly darker shade.
It will probably be Teal again in a couple of years though.

Believe it or not, I haven't forgotten, the cold this winter somewhat hampered work in the garage, now spring is kinda here I'll get working on it again - I have a full weekend in the garage this weekend. :)

It belonged to a friend, one of the Horizonites from the UK board. He wanted a race car but didn't have room for it, one of his collection had to go. I got lucky.
This is his new toy, chassis number 485, been a race car most, if not all, its life.
