Are there any instructions out there for a rebuild short of buying the Haynes carb manual? I haven't been able to locate anything online and have a kit on the way that just comes with an exploded diagram of the assembly.
Thanks!
Dave

When I rebuilt my 32/36, I just took everything apart and replaced it all until I had no more parts of the rebuild kit left. Make sure you get the float level(s) correct, though. I can't remember what they are now, but I do know that they're different for brass and plastic floats, so be careful. It's a fun project - good luck!

Buy Pat Braden's Weber book. It devotes an entire chapter to a step-by-step rebuild - with lots of good photos. Well worth the few $ it costs....
