MG MGB and MGB GT Tech Talk
Hello guys/gal after selling my 74 midget in April of 2008 I have been on the hunt for another MG this time a B. I know its addiction but hard to shake the sad part is no other car interest me the happy part I only payed $2800..!!
She runs good A/C, wire wheels,and Weber. But she will need a good tune up and going over the car with a fine tooth comb. Over all she looks rust free I am $2800 poorer but very happy :) :) :).

James...you better keep looking over your shoulder cuz the cops are gonna be after you for stealing that B. Looks like you got one hell of a deal there!! She looks nice and straight. Get some pics of the interior in the daylight. Oh and some pics of the engine (close-ups on the A/C set-up...please,please, please). Way to go man!!

Bah! only time I see deals like that is when someone is bragging about it!!! I'm jealous.. a car like that around here wouldn't go for less then $8-9K

Dan, the a/c is original the engine bay is no treat at the moment. The car is the same color when the P.O. bought it in 94'. It has been garage kept since then.
Chris, I have seen $300 paint jobs look that good it depends on the painter.

The chrome bumper always looked like they were lost when finishing the design and just gave up. Stuck a piece of bent steel pipe on the front and back and walked away in disgust.

Looks good.... I think you did good. I paid $2500.00 for my '65 "B" Rust free california car last August. You will enjoy your B !!!
