Does this mix keep?
Does it have special storage requirements like does it eat plastic etc?
I've never tried the homebrew but the test reults in a different thread makes it look 2X good as Liquid Wrench (my preferred brand) and Kroil (my historical #2 choice)

Acetone will eat plastic. If you want to try this, keep it in a sealed metal container or a glass jar. Basil

And keep it sealed and away from heat or flame

Ditch the acetone, it is too dangerous to have sitting around.

Replace it in the mix with DOT 3 brake fluid. Same results and less volatile.
