Anyone know anything about these rims? They are Nissan but after hours of google searches I can't find another set like these. Measurments given to me indicate they should fit ok on my '65. My current alloy wheels are available for sale and listed on e-by.Any info would help in finding a fifth as as spare. Thanks in advance!

They are nice. due to them being Nissan rather than Datsun I figure the chance of them being from a fwd car are high and may make fitting harder but I do like the design.
Is that a 13" rim? I can't read it clearly, but it looks like 5JK13 25 (or 23).
Yes it is 13 inch rims. The current rims on the "B" are 13 inch with 185/70/13 tires with minimal speedo error.
Those are quite nice looking rims, but I think you're the first person I've encounteed looking to run 13" rims on the street. Are there any other numbers or markings that might help us to help you? Have you tried asking on any Nissan/Datsun Forums?

I've heard of running 15" wheels, but never 13". Was there a particular reason you want to switch to 13" other than wheel style? Of course it depends on the final tire diameter but they will throw off your speedo by more than a little. I had 145 SR 14's on our MG when we first got it and the speedo was off with just that difference.
The previous owner put 13" rims on it. I want to change rims to more of my liking and so save $$$ I would like to reuse the tires since they are like new Michelins.
I paid $53 + Shipping for the new rims and they are never mounted NOS. I will try that Nissan forum. Thanks!
Well, you could always save yourself some grief and use a SAAB spacersaver spare tire and gain some valuable trunk space at the same time.
From a quick look at ...
http://www.mintylamb.co.uk/?page=tyre.htm
... it looks like you're lowering your gearing (and speedo accuracy) by about 5%.
Those look like a small pickup wheel. My first thought is that they were Campagnolo rims from a Lambo. Nice looking wheels!
They look like nice rims but they'll look STUPID (imho) on a '65 - it'll be a 60s car with 90s rims = GAG!
Paul ;-)
I feel the same about the stock '65 wheels. I know some won't like it but all that matters is what I like. Thanks for your input.
Those remind me alot of Cosmic Mk 1s, and they're certainly vintage enough!

HA...not on this forum.........
I tried contacting z-parts and Eric said "Good find, but I have no idea what they were used on." He's thinking late 70's early 80's canadian or euro market.
He also requested if I find out info on them let know and send him close pictures of it and on the car to add to his vintage aloy wheel page.
looks like I did it again finding and acquired somthing rare or unique.
Is it too obvious, but did you ask the guy you bought them from?
He purchased them from a neighbor years back and did not know what they were for, but did think older Nissan/Datsun. I should have them early next weekand will
find out if they will fit as measruments indicated. What they were for I will keep trying. I would like one more as the matching spare wheel
Thanks!

Except Hap would be happy too if you bought a set of wheels from him, too. :) :)
And no, "Hap would be happy" was not really intentional! :) :) :)
Well, I like to sell wheels, no doubt, and while I'm glad to be with Superlite, it's a good product at a fair price in the market, I do have a special place in my heart for vintage wheels, I've had my fair share of Revolutions, Libres, Cosmics, and so-on.
Tim- maybe you could search through something like Google or Kelly blue book for Nissan cars by year going backward through the 90's to the 80's until you spot a photo of the wheels?
I think they would suit the B well. They have a late 60s early 70s Italian look.
Tim, did you ever find a buyer for your original steel wheels?
My car has alloy wheels on it when I got it. I purchased original disc wheels and don't like them so sold them. Here is a pic of whats currently on it.
13" is the wrong size for a B. stock is 14. often 15 is used.
you will get somewhat better acceleration, but at the cost of higher rpm and higher fuel use.

that style is called "slot mags"
You'll probably end up selling your current wheels to someone with a Datsun 510.
My guess would be one of those little roadsters from the 70s, or maybe Bluebird or something like that. Probably Japanese Domestic Market.
Got wheels did not fit. Purchased 15" wheels instead. Thanks!
