Does anyone know where I can download (or get it anywhere for free) a workshop manual that would cover the year '77? Thanks

I've seen PDF copies of the original BL manual out there. Search around and you'll find it. But I would strongly recommend buying a Bentley manual and also a Haynes if you can.

Chris at Octarine Services, Essex, United Kingdom, has a manual online that covers quite a few years.

Man, just invest $40 or so and buy a manual. By the time you invest in the cost to print one off the internet you will be loosing money and time. Besides, Bentley has gone to alot of trouble and expense to provide us with a copy of the origional MGB factory manual and they deserve to reap the benefits from selling them
