Come on Steve...he was obviously trying to make "shadow" puppets in the reflection from Marine One...kind of looks like a bear claw if you squint.

Or maybe he was flipping off the conservative republicans in the legislative branch.

And notice Marine One's pilot...he looks guilty...kind of like he farted, and is worried that smell wasn't going to dissipate out of the open side window before POTUS stepped in and said...
