Metro NY-Albany Drive This Weekend.

The Fall Metro NY-Albany drive is scheduled to take place this Saturday the 13th. This will be the third drive we have done. Hope as many of you can make it.

We are meeting at 11:00 AM in Redhook NY at the intersecting of Route 199 and 9. There is a gas station on the South West cornor. The weather report is calling for a few showers, but they have trouble forcasting what this afternoon will be so I don't give much creedence to it.

Raindate is Sunday the 14th.

Have fun guys! Unfortunately, it doesn't look like it will be in the cards for me.

I'll be there unless it's a real rainy day. Anyone else going up from Long Island?

I'll be there....with my hard top on.

Weather forecast says Sunday will be the much better day. I'll try to make the trip.

Would like to have a final count on who is joining us on Saturday for our drive. As of this morning I know Bruno and Dave will be there.

As far as lunch is concerned we will be stopping at Taconic State Park (4th map) for lunch. There is a deli at the entrance to the park for sandwiches and drinks.

I'm in for Saturday or Sunday. I think this weekend will be the best for the foliage this year, so it's sure to be a beautiful drive.

By the way, if anyone who is going has a dial back timing light that they want to bring along, I would love to get my new Jeff Schlemmer dizzy set right for the drive.
