I have to give a public Thank You to Jeff.
I just completed the conversion of my 77B from the ZS to dual HS4s by installing a 25D I purchased for Jeff the replace the 45DE4. Jeff did his magic and provided a performance curve that allows my B on use ported vacuum and dropped the idle from 1000 RPM to 700 RPM, it has never run so smooth. The hesitation I used to have in first gear is gone and it pulls strong through all gears.
If you have been thinking about having your dizzy recurved or replaced...stop thinking about it and do it...You will be happy you did!

I'm in the process of becoming "Hiltonized and Schlemmerized" times TWO!!
First time in my '74, this time converting my '76. Jeff will hear from me tonight!!
What a treat to hear the engine run right!!!
(Now if I can get off my tookas, and get my suspension "Cajunized", all would be well!!!
Cheers
Dean

Fred,
I'm glad it worked out! I really enjoy getting to build these distributors - each and every one is a challenge in its own way and that's what keeps me looking forward to opening every new box on my doorstep!
Thank you!

There are so many craftsmen here doing great work, does anybody do water pumps? I replaced mine about 8 months ago, and the damn thing rusted up so bad it looks like it was at the bottom of the ocean for 10 years. I'm thinking that If I would rebuild the old one and paint or powdercoat it, that would be a huge improvement. But maybe there's already someone doing that here? If not, I may have found my new hobby...

Knock yourself out! I hear Peter at Worldwide used to have a guy who rebuilt them, but I don't know if he'll ever be back to work or not? At this point I don't think they're rebuilding pumps anymore. Maybe he'll chime in?
