Well, I bought it! Its got a rusty floorboard, but the rest of it is solid. It runs, needs an interior, but I am happy to be back in the LBC business! It looks great nect to my B!

Kelly,
Nice spit. Best of luck with it.
BTW, are any of those Fiats for sale?
My 16 yr old son wants one.
Paul

Are those Fiats for sale?

Congrats! Looks like you need to update your profile to add a car!
Oh yeah! I need to put my Volvo there as well!
I hope to have this on the road by next Fall. It is runniing, so unless I suspect the bottom end, my plans are to do the headwork, rebuild the carb, replace the alternator, and the gaskets, fuel pump, install a new windscreen, new interior, paint it, new top and tires. I am sure my plans will change as I get into it tho.
The paint colour is original, its called Aztec Yellow. I think I will keep it yellow........
Kelly, what flavor of Volvo do you have? You do know about "The Brick Board" don't you?
If you don't, go splash around over there for a while. Some interesting stuff!

BTW: There is one of those Spitfires sitting beside the road over between Trade and Mountain City TN. It is under a shed but when I stopped to look at it the tin worm had beaten me to it. Looks like lots of stuff could be salvaged including a factory hard top though. If you are seriously interested I'll stop and get more information when I go over that way again.

Paul, check with the guys in Charlottesville at International Auto parts and check the classifieds on their website. They're not far from you.
