If you know the answer to this one, you're a die hard!
I'm searching around locally for the little o-ring that fits over the fuel delivery tube on an HS-4. Thought the ones in my junk boz would fit, but they're too fat and don't allow the tube nut and washer to screw down into the threads.
Anyone happen to know what the correct size of this little bugger is? I've been hitting parts stores with the old one, but it's way too damaged to be much help as a guide.
Thanks,
Dan

Bummer! I had one go bad on me in Gatlinburg during MG2006. It caused my rear SU to leak gas on my hot manifold! UGGGG! Despite the collective MG wisdom in Gatlinburg that week, I ended up having to buy a $35 rebuild kit just to get the nickel "O" ring. But it got me home!
Maybe you can call Joe Curto.

Dan,
I get about .30 OD, .18 ID, and about .125 thick off a new one from Joe Curto.
It is flat sided, unlike a conventional O-ring

Thanks! That makes sense cuz the old one looks flatter on one side. Joe may be making a big sale shortly! LOL
John, you're lucky it didn't cause a car b kew!
