Niagra Falls leak on both W/Shield posts

While up at John Twist's shop a couple of years ago I watched a gentleman put in a windshield for one of John's customers. It took less then ten minutes. I talked to the installer and he informed me that it wasn't no big deal. And told me to call PPG for an installer in my area, Which I did and they gave me a business called Home Solutions. I talked to the business and was told that he's done lots before. So I figured for the price to let him do it. (I was afraid of breaking the glass) Long story short they put dents in the car and at both post it leaks like Niagara Falls into the car. And I mean lots. Now I want to remove the windshield an redo what was messed up. I trying to figure why such a lot of water is coming in. I believe the pads Part number 452-450 and the bottom windshield seal Part number 282-410 are installed wrong. Can anyone show or tell me how these two seals should over lap? or any other info that might cause such a big leak at both posts.

Just to let you know I've kept the car under the house for this long. Afraid to go out when it looks like rain. But I do carry duck tape with me.

What the installer probably forgot to put down was a bead of sealer which is why you're getting a puddle coming through the attachment post.
