Don't know if y'all heard it, any '95 & older car that was in compliance on Feb. 01,'07 will no longer need exhaust testing. Its on the Illinois Airteam.com site.

We in Downstate Illinois have NEVER had emissions testing. (Not sure about the St.Louis Metro area on our side of the river.)
