I691 East, last night (Tues. 11th) at approx 5:30-ish PM. White rubber bumper B with a Yankees sticker on the trunk, getting off exit 10 to go towards I91 South. Guy driving, wearing glasses and on his cell phone (tsk tsk, lol).

Anyone here fit that discription?
